ECOPATCH - Fast Setting Repair Mortar and ECOPATCH Ex - Cost Effective Rapid Repair Mortar Premixed with Aggregate are suitable for instant repair (sets in 20-30 minutes) of heavy industrial floors, concrete pavements, highways, bridges, airport runways, decks, parking structures, freezer floors, etc. wherein the quality of repair and the rapid return of the repaired surface to service is very critical. The repaired surface can return to service in 2 Hrs with high early compression strength to a level of 45 Mpa in 24hrs.
ECOFILL (Crack Filling Mortar) is used to fill cracks up to 15mm and the treated surface can be painted as early as in 1hr.
FLOROCK –Micro Concrete, a shrinkage compensated pumpable and pourable quick setting fluid level concrete used for repairing vertical section and congested reinforcement where vibration is not possible – Quick setting and high early strength facilitates early removal of formworks .
